Job Location: Hyderabad & Chennai

• Promote and maintain good public relations for Dialogue in the Dark.
• Handle enquires, visitor complaints & monitor customer service.
• Achieve the minimum number of the foot falls & daily revenue Target set for Taste of Darkness & Exhibition Tour at Hyderabad.
• Manage customer enquiries for TODs, RID, CID & workshops and forward the same to the reporting manager.
• Shall be directly responsible for increasing the revenue from the existing levels by at least Rs.2lakhs per month by engaging with mall customers.
• Responsible for front office operations in the absence of Front Office executives.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the lobby area.
• Ensure that the front office staff maintain a neat appearance and a professional behavior with the customers & Dialogue in the Dark staff.
• Co-ordinate with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions properly.
• Motivate and maintain good staff relations to achieve the daily goals of the center.
• Serve customers as needed.

• Handling cash, account management and preparing daily sales reports.
• Sell tickets at the Box Office, Register groups via online, phone or direct walk-ins.
• Provide information to customers via phone or face-to- face.
• Maintaining the box office database, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and kept up to date in accordance with the Organizations procedures.
• Capturing relevant data to sustain, develop and increase audiences for the exhibitions to support the marketing and sales strategy.
• Preparing daily cash returns and cash, debit/credit card receipts for banking/accounting.
• Maintain up to date information on all aspects of DiD events to be able to respond knowledgeably and effectively to customer enquiries.
• Promote DiD events and project a positive image of the organization.
• Assist marketing staff with preparing and promoting special offers, promotions and competitions.
• Supervise the setting up process & getting the centre ready for opening at the Mall with the Help of Housekeeping Staff
• Supervise the management of visitors
• Plan staff schedules for lobby and Guides
• Responsible for MIS & Daily Reports to corporate office
• In-charge of Collections and Deposits in Bank Accounts.
• Ensure Stocks are Planned, & Replenished timely for the use of Kitchen Staff for Taste of Darkness Restaurant.
• Co-ordinate with the Guide co-coordinator at the corporate office for all guide related issues
• Co-ordinate with Manager Accounts & Finance at the corporate office for all Collections and Expenditure and ensure systems are maintained and reported.
• Co-ordinate with the Administrative Manager at the corporate office for all operation related issues and escalate on a timely manner.
• Maintain Attendance and leave records of all Staff at the centre.
• Ensure Dark Area is not misused by any staff for their personal reasons other than guiding or dropping customers at the adaptation room.
• Checking Camera Recordings everyday and taking corrective actions and escalating it to corporate office in a timely manner.
• Completely responsible for all the assets in the centre, and in charge of repair and maintenance.
• Ensure all staff deposit their personal mobile phones in the locker when they come to work and use them only during their schedule breaks.
• Ensure Internet is not misused by any staff for their personal use like checking Facebook, Twitter, Google, Personal Emails, Listening & Downloading Music, Watching & Downloading Movies etc.,
• Co-ordination with Mall for Mall related issues and timely escalations to corporate office

• Interact with corporates & key stakeholders to sensitize and educate them about persons with disabilities
• Work closely with employers to identify and secure vacancies and work on placement opportunities for Persons with disabilities in the corporate sector
• Build relationships with new & existing employers and match the employer needs with the candidate profiles.
• Researching new avenues, industries & sectors where we can provide employment and training opportunities for persons with disabilities.
• Experience in employer engagement, marketing and recruitment / HR or other service environment
• Supporting the business to design and implement their own diversity & inclusion activities leading to creating a workplace that is ready to welcome PWD’s at work.
• Develop internal engagement programmes based on the corporate’s social messaging post their Dialogue in the Dark experience.

Essential Qualifications:
• Sensitive towards Persons with Disability and willing to work with them
• Good understanding of disability issues, social issues and the context for market linked vocational skill development

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Major responsibility is to train the Persons with Disability Life and Soft Skills as per the Course Plan of ACE TAKE1 and make sure the trainees are employable.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment in the ACE Training Center at Dharmasagar, Warangal
• Deliver, project and motivate PwD youth (trainees) through effective training methodologies both in group and individual
• To ensure training interventions are aligned to the job market requirements so as to ensure 100% placement readiness and selection.
• To ensure candidates are well prepared to take in 3rd party assessment and pass out successfully.
• To follow the curriculum stipulated without any deviations from the set lesson plan & courseware.
• Provide necessary counseling to the Trainees on need basis
• Ensure 100% student attendance through appropriate motivational excesses.

• Closely working with the Corporate Office and ensure excellence in the operations of overall Training Center
• Maintains administrative aspects of the training center, maintaining all the assets and equipment of the training center with a safe and secure work environment
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of the Center Administration Activities
• Monitoring and Supervision of the Training Center and it functions that it aligning with the policies and procedures and work schedules
• Coordination with the trainers and other staff and ensure they accomplish the results
• Demonstrating benchmark professional standards
• Maintenance of all documents, files and information; prepares reports and presentations
• Planning and implementation of Community Mobilization Activities with end to end processes and ensure required trainees enrolment in to the training center as per the Prospective Progress Work Schedules (PPWS)
• Extending support to conduct Local Market Scan for employment of PwDs
• Identifying local resource persons / volunteers and their engagement at the training center in consultation with the General Manager
• Identifying the Trainees (Persons with Disability) who requires counseling support and provide counseling in coordination with the trainers
• Management of Center Expenditure in coordination with Finance Department and submission of documentation as per the audit standards
• Developing reports in coordination with MIS Department and reporting to the concerned as per the reporting schedules
