About Project Take1

Imagine a new inclusive India wherein PwDs are included in the workforce of each and every Corporate by hiring just 1 person with disability in their organization. The resultant would be that the Corporates would have created 800,000 jobs in just 1 year.

If each corporate appreciates the benefit of hiring PwDs and decides to add 2 - 3 or more PwDs in their workforce, India would have hired the 7 million disabled population who are eligible for jobs.

This would result in unleashing a sizeable economic prosperity in the hands of PwD's which is to the tune of Rs.5000 crores per year.

Over the past 3 years ACE's Dialogue in the Dark has sensitized more than 3,00,000 visitors on the urgent need to appreciate diversity and include people with disability into the mainstream society through its innovative dark experiences.
